Minutes of Meeting 7th December 2009
Attendance : Marty Rogers, Tony Hare, Paul McCormick, Tony McConville, Paddy Hoy, Dessie O’Hagan

Meeting began with Martin Rogers updating committee on Affiliation for 2010. Cycling Ireland website is curently down due to it being transferred to a new site, club affiliation for year has been paid by Martin Rogers and cheque for same given to him by Tony McC.
Martin also give a report on the sports award meeting he attended on Monday 30th November at the Civic centre, after a lenghty debate the committee decided that due to the timescale involved (application to be in by 6th January) that we would not try for this now but members are asked to consider possible events that this fund could assist with next year and maybe prepare an application for 2011, topic to be discussed at the September meeting.
Marian Lamb contacted all clubs in Ulster with a list of club members who have been vetted under child protection, Apollo have no one on this list, Martin suggested that committee members go onto the cycling Ulster website and download the form complete it and bring it to the next meeting to be signed off and sent to Marian.
2010 Inter Club League: It was agreed that Martin Rogers will meet with Clan Eireann and Orchard to arrange 2010 calendar, meeting has been arranged with both clubs for Tuesday 14th December.
Club Clothing: Tony suggested putting an order for 10 Jerseys, 10 shorts and 10 Gillets of various sizes. This was agreed.
Xmas Dinner: Ann has asked all attending the xmas dinner to be there for 8pm with dinner served at 8.30. Please be punctual as we want awards to be finished in time. She also ask us to make sure veryone is aware that the do is on Friday night and not Saturday like some people had suggested.
